General FAQs:

1. It's Opening with any fingerprint, Why ?
Answer: Without fingerprint addition any finger can open the lock, So needs to add fingerprint in lock for the first time, Add fingerprint according to Installation video.

2. Fingerprint addition failing, Why ?
Answer: Please check the below reason !
- Make sure 80% of your fingerprint is touching the scanner area.
- Only 10 finger can be added for unlock, beyond that it will fail.

3. Padlock not accepting finger for unlock ?
Answer: Please check the below reason !
- Make sure hand is not wet and are clean
- Clean the fingerprint scanner it could be dirty
- Make sure 80% of your fingerprint is touching the scanner area
- Padlock needs to be recharged

4. Continuous Red LED Blinking ?
Answer: It's indicator of low battery, need to recharge your padlock.
